At Aleira Body Secret’s, we are committed to processing and shipping your orders as quickly as possible. For this reason, we maintain the following cancellation policy:

Order Cancellations

Customers may request to cancel an order within 12 hours of placing it.

After this time frame, orders may already be processed, packed, or shipped. Once an order has entered fulfillment, we are unable to guarantee cancellation.

How to Request a Cancellation

To request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with the following information:

• Order number
• Reason for cancellation

We will do our best to accommodate your request if the order has not yet been processed.

• Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled.
• If your order has already been dispatched, you may refer to our Returns & Exchanges Policy for further assistance.
• Refunds for canceled orders (when applicable) will be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund Processing for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
