At Aleira Body Secret’s, your satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict hygiene and quality standards.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges for size within 7 calendar days of delivery.

To be eligible for an exchange, the item must:

• Be unused and unworn
• Be in its original condition
• Include all original tags and packaging
• Show no signs of damage, stains, or odors

Exchange Shipping

• Customers are responsible for shipping costs related to exchanges.
• If the exchange is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the shipping costs.

Returns

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on shapewear, bodysuits, or intimate garments, except in the following cases:

• The item is defective
• The wrong item was shipped

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item:

• We will provide a replacement at no additional cost
• Alternatively, a full refund may be issued

You must notify us within 7 days of delivery.
